Russell has lived in High Point for over 50 years and joins Price Commercial’s team with over twenty-five years of facilities maintenance and construction management experience.

Russell’s extensive background includes manufacturing facilities, showrooms, and nationally renowned bowling centers where he managed new construction projects and operations. These experiences were fully utilized with the opening of the Congdon Yards campus (one of High Point’s premier downtown revitalization projects) where Russell continues to serve as head of asset and facilities management.

Russell’s strong attention to detail allows him to always have the property investor’s best interest at heart. Russell serves as Vice President, Assets Manager with Price Commercial Management and is OSHA certified.

In his free time, Russell loves to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle with his buddies through the Blue Ridge Parkway.
