Megan Oglesby, Commercial Property Manager | Managing Broker | Partner
Oglesby has 10 years of experience in sales, logistics, project management, and community engagement. Subsequently, she recently became involved in High Point’s downtown revitalization efforts. Megan has worked closely with building owners and developers to plan and coordinate the rehabilitation and construction of new and existing buildings. Furthermore, she has worked to engage and attract new businesses and tenants to downtown High Point.
Megan sits on the boards of several High Point area organizations, including the High Point Community Foundation, High Point Discovered, the YMCA of Greater High Point Foundation, and High Point University Board of Visitors. She is also a committee member of the Business High Point Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals.
Tyler Walsh, Commerical Property Manager | Managing Broker | Partner
Walsh has more than 10 years of real estate and finance experience. Firstly, he was licensed to broker real estate in 2006 and joined Ed Price and Associates that year. Next, he moved into the world of banking in 2009 when he joined High Point Bank & Trust Co. Over the next decade, Tyler served in multiple roles including credit administration, special assets, and mortgage brokerage.
Walsh serves as the finance director of the Hartley Drive YMCA, where he is a board member. In addition, he’s also a board member of the YMCA of High Point Association and serves on the Finances Committee. Lastly, Tyler is on the City of High Point’s board of adjustments and is the High Point YMCA’s Men’s Club treasurer.
